Midge, you are fondly remembered by your friends and classmates. As we look back at our youth, we are reminded of how much we miss you.

I am sorry I wasn't there when you needed your friends. I know we didn't always get along Harold. Seeing your name on a list of deceased alumni from my class was difficult for me to bear and still brings tears to my eyes. We were both gentle and kind kids. I will always regret not appreciating your friendship. Like so many others, you died far too young. I will remember for the remainder of my life our times in Daniel D Waterman School and the trips to sit under the Brown and Orange railroad bridge while Rt.95 was being built. Here, we would act like big shots and smoke! You once told me you were bothered by your height but as I learned the size of your heart was what mattered and what makes you sorely missed by me, close to 43 years later.. You had a big heart my dear friend. May your God comfort and protect you. Your friend Larry Salami Bologna and Cheese. (You do remember that!) Larry |
